About
- Do you love urban fantasy?
- Do you sometimes like to read scifi and fantasy?
- Do you love mythological creatures other than vampires and werewolves?
- Do you like short and longer stories?
This blog is for you. Tsukiyomi is beyond the normal paranormal. I write urban fantasy and dark scifi, incorporating elements from Japanese and other mythology. You’ll find on Tsukiyomi short stories, musings on books, and my personal challenges in writing and how I attempt to overcome them.
Find out more about Tsukiyomi, the god, and why I created this blog.
Why did I create this blog?
To keep me inspired as I write (and hopefully) publish my work. I hope to write (and inspire) more urban fantasy using more than just vampires and werewolves.
What kind of human am I?
I like to write, obviously. Sometimes, I’m unmotivated to write. I haven’t been published – not yet. I have written whitepapers which are somewhat published.
Besides writing, I hunt down geocaches and do social marketing and research for my day job. I majored in Religion & Culture – all that time at anime club contributed to my education. I recently went backpacking in Europe – my first time for both and loved every moment of it. I loved it so much that I’m now planning a backpacking honeymoon too
And oh yeah, I’m Tanith, aka @Syrten. Nice to meet you.
